Sandy Springs is a mix of older homes, newer construction, town-homes,  & apartments.  You will have people from all walks of life in this busy city.  Close to just about everything in Atlanta, Sandy Springs is a great place to live if you are an active person.  You are close to the Chattahoochee River, all interstates, sporting events, shopping, restaurants, and more!  Prices are not inexpensive here.  Being so convenient continues to help home values increase.  It’s a great investment because of it’s desirable location.  Let’s go check it out!
